Make sure you use the rubbers that come with your servo are mounted on the servo housing ends.
Rubbers reduce vibrations going to the internals of the servo and there for enlarge the lifespan of a servo.
Fit the servos like shown on the carbon radio tray.
You can put an thin bead of cyan acrylic glue at the edge of the carbon radio plate to prevent carbon to splitter.

There are thin and thick spacers which need to be adapted and used depending on the servo size used.

Make sure the bottom of the servo are not lower then the flat spot of the servo stands.

We know the hole in the radio box to get the wires through is located at a wrong spot.
You first have to put all needed wires from servos, AMB personal transponder or battery connector wires through it and then fit the radio tray to the radio box.

If you first fit the radio tray to the radio box there is no room to put the wires through it.
When the radio tray is mounted on to the radio box this is how it should look like.
The top view of the radio tray and radio box connected.
Very nice the car comes with heavy duty plastic servo horns for all output spline in the market.

The servo arms are marked with a small letter to indicate the brand name they can be used for.
An aluminum ring can be put on the output to enhance the strength and prevent slippage under load over the out put spline
Enlarge with a drill the outmost hole to 3 mm.
Fit the steering arm to the servo arm. Here also a left/right turnbuckle is used.
Place a coned blue aluminum washer on top of the servo arm and use the original screw that comes with your servo or an countersunk version of the same size.
Like the steering servo arms there are also dedicated versions for the throttle.
The spline type indication in the first batch of kits in the inside of the part with the spline. Yes there really is a very small letter there!!!
Later kits will have a larger letter at the place where now numbers are printed.
An aluminum ring can be put on the output to enhance the strength and prevent slippage under load over the out put spline
Enlarge with a drill the holes as shown on the left to 3 mm.
Place the throttle and brake parts as shown.
We took an other route as the manual shows.

We opened bag 37-1

Place the foam part in the top lid.

Take care the glue is very sticky.

The foam inside the top lid.
The radio box accepts 5 cells 2/3 A humps and straight battery  packs.
A SPECTRUM transceiver fits too with ease.

In our test buggies all wires and connectors (we never use a switch) is placed inside the radio box.

Bend the small clips that secure the top lid of the radio box.
Place the top lid on the radio box and secure it with the modified small clips.
