Place the cone that comes with the kit as far as possible on the crank shaft while pulling the crank shaft.
Fit the flywheel and fit the clutch nut by hand.
Check if there is no play in the conrod when you pull and push it.

Do not use thread lock on the clutch nut!
Use a appropriate flywheel wrench and use the 4 way tool that comes with the kit.
Tight the clutch nut with good hand force but do not overdo it.
Place the teflon ring.
Very good idea to use a thin ring instead of the usual small washers.
Place the first aluminum shoe and fit the spring as the picture shows.
The spring are very easy to place and remove.
The manual says to place first all three shoes and then fit all three springs one by one.
We advise you to take the springs in bag 38-1 and place the shoes one by one with a spring as shown here.
Fit the second shoe in the same way as number one.
Fit the third shoe and this is what it should look like.
