Place a thin shim washer on the crank shaft.
Place 5 x 10 x 4 mm ball bearing on the crank shaft.
Place the 16 teeth clutch bell on the ball bearing.
Place the second 5 x 10 x 4 ball bearing into the front of the clutch bell as far as possible.
Depending on the length of the crank shaft tip protruding the front ball bearing of the clutch bell you need to use 1 or more shim washers to reduce the play.
We used on this STS engine 1 thin shim washer.
First place the black 3 x 8 x 1 mm washer supplied wit the kit.
Then the 3 mm hexagon screw and tight this screw by hand firmly with a 2.5 mm L-shape hexagon tool.

I never use thread lock on this screw.

There is not enough room to place a 3 mm spring washer.
If you do so the screw might hit the fuel tank.

Now check if there is play if you move the clutch bell from left to right on the crank shaft.
There must be 0.5 mm play.
If not take away one or more shim washers and check again.

Due to heat metal parts will expand. So if there is no initial play in the clutch bell movement it will put excessive force on the clutch bell bearings resulting in premature wear and in consistent clutch working.
If your crank shaft is to short and shim washers can not be used it need to be lengthened a little.
The kit comes with 3 x 5 x 1 washers for this purpose.
The kit comes with aluminum motor mount.
Fix the motor to the motor mount.
Do not use thread lock on the screws.
The screws are already equipped with 3 mm spring washers.
Fit the muffler ( not included ) to the header ( not included ).
For this review we use the BUKU POWER pipe.

A TEAM TWF8 review of the BUKU POWER pipe can be found here.
Place the muffler combination onto the engine.
For this review we use the STS D21E engine.
