The first serie of kits come with a small
single tube of blue air
filter oil. But the content of this tube is not sufficient to oil both filters. Even for the inner second stage which is the most important filter it is not enough. We placed the white second stage inner foam in a plastic bag and put the supplied oil on the filter. However the amount is not sufficient to cover this second stage inner foam filter. If a beginner thinks this supplied amount is enough strange things can happen with the engine. AE is supplying new kits with two tubes of this air filter oil. |

We took a larger amount of our own blue colored motor cross foam oil and massaged the oil thoroughly. |

Then take filter from the bag and use and old t-shirt or paper towel and press all excessive oil from the filter. |

Place this second stage inner foam on the filter body and make sure it fits correctly. |

Fit a zip ty to secure the air filter coupler on to the filter housing. Never reuse any second stage filter when it is dirty by cleaning and washing it. |

Place the other part of the filter body and secure it with the
screws. Make sure the filter is nicely fit in-between the filter housing |

Now place the grey first stage outer filter. The manual advise you to oil this filter too. In this picture we did not oiled the filter yet. Ashamed the color of this first stage outer filter is not white so we can see the contamination of this filter by dirt more easily. |
