STEP 19

These are the parts we need for building STEP 19
First fit a 3x4 m/m set screw in the balls a few turns. Do not use thread lock!
We have to make four connection rods with these parts.
Fit a 3x12 m/m half way in the long ball joint.
It should look like this.
Then turn the other "SHORT" ball joint on the part that is left until both parts touch.
You have to make four of then and they should look like this.
Now press the small 5.8x5.4 m/m balls and the 5.8x5.4 m/m pivot balls in one side of the ball joints.
Now press the stabilizer balls in the other ends of the ball joints.
These ones are for the rear. Watch the red marked spots that need to contact the rear suspension arm when fitted.
These two are for the front.
Fit the rear stabilizer (only one fits) and secure it on the red marked spots with 3x8 m/m self tapping round head screws. No need to fit washers!
Now slide the top stabilizer ball over the stabilizer we made for the rear.
Secure the bottom pivot ball with a 3x15 m/m self tapping round head screw.
Now tight with reasonable force the 3x4 m/m set screw. Do not use thread lock!
Do the same sequence for the left side of the rear stabilizer and it looks like this. Make sure both top stabilizer balls are on the same length from the end of the stabilizer.
Fit the front stabilizer in the groove and fit it with 3x8 m/m self tapping round head screws. No need to fit washers!
Take the connection rod and slide it in the hole of the lower front suspension arm. Also slide the top stabilizer ball over the stabilizer.
Secure the lower connection rod with  a 3x15 m/m self tapping round head screw.

Also secure the 3x4 m/m set screw with reasonable force. Do not use thread lock.

Do the same sequence for the right side of the front stabilizer and it looks like this. Make sure both top stabilizer balls are on the same length from the end of the stabilizer.
