Fit the 3 m/m set screws in the small aluminum turnbushings and steel stoppers.
You need five of them. Do not use thread lock! |
 |
Fit the throttle rod into the ball joint cup. |
 |
Put first on a stopper then the linkage spring and slide the rod through
the plastic throttle linkage. Fit at the other end also a stopper. Do not use thread lock!
Now fit
the plastic part with a 3x12 m/m round head screw to the underside of the
servo arm and secure the top with a 3 m/m lock nut. Make sure it rotates
freely. |
 |
Like the picture shows this is the way we should mount the brake linkage
plastics like the manual suggest. But the 2x10 m/m round head screw is to
short in my opinion. The brake linkages will be angled and not give nice
smooth movement of the linkage rods. |
 |
So this is the way I solved the problem! I added a small bushing at the
lower side and a longer 2 m/m screw. Make sure the plastic part is not
touching the servo housing. If that is the case use a smaller bushing! As
the picture shows the linkages are in a straight and not angled lines. |
 |
Fit the threaded linkages in the plastic levers. Make sure the plastic
levers are moving freely. |
 |
Slide the two aluminum turn bushings over the linkage rods. |
