STEP 6

We need these parts for STEP 6.
The brake pads are made of special Ferodo material that need to be glued to the metal brake pad carriers. Make sure the oval holes are aligned with the oval holes in the metal ones.
Four brake pads need to be glued with brake pad material at one side only! Two need to glued with brake pad material at both sides! You can use M3 screws to align the brake par carriers and the materials. I used tixotrope glue but Cyanao acrilyc will do too.
All the brake pads ready to mount.
Fit both center diff carriers.
Now slide one brake disk on the dif out put.
Fit a single a double and again a single brake pad on a 3x16 m/m hexagon screw. Just fit this screw 4 turns in.
Now turn one single brake pad behind the brake disk.
Turn the double sided brake disk in front of the first placed brake disk. And the slide the second brake disk on the dif out put.
Now turn the last single brake pad at its place.
Fit the second 3x16 m/m hexagon screw.
Adjust the brake pads screws so there is 1 m/m play between the brake pad and the disks. They need to rotate freely! You can use between the brake pads small springs.

See tip 1 on the tip page 1

Now do the same sequence for the other side of the center dif and it should look like this.
