Take the bag with STEP 9-17 and open it. |

Take these parts first. |

Use a plyer to push in the 6.8x6 m/m balls. |

Take one upper arm and ball joint. The left/right thread need to be
placed in a different way as the manual suggests. This is what becomes the
LEFT upper arm. The left/right thread has a mark (see the red arrow). For
the left arm we place this side inside the ball joint. Screw the
left/right thread in slowly in both parts without the plastic becoming
warm. |

The finished upper front arms. Make sure the distance between the
plastic parts is 7 m/m. When mounted in a later stage to the gear box you
will see why we did not followed the manual concerning the left/right
thread and making both upper arms the same. |
