Step 10

picsstep10-001.jpg (43213 bytes) Take the front upper arms from the plastic tree and remove the burs.
picsstep10-002.jpg (38166 bytes) Place the arms and left/right thread turnbuckles and ball ends like the picture shows.
Watch the red marked spot on the left/right thread turnbuckles.
In this car we will mount all left/right thread turnbuckles so the distance becomes shorter when turned to the front of the car and vice versa.
picsstep10-003.jpg (39800 bytes) Take the right hand side upper front suspension arm and prepare the parts as the picture shows.
Watch the red mark and the direction of the green lines that comply with the angle of the thread.
First turn the left/right thread turnbuckle into the upper front suspension arm using a 7 mm wrench.
picsstep10-005.jpg (38540 bytes) Then turn the ball end on the left/right thread turnbuckle.
picsstep10-006.jpg (35334 bytes) Fit the 7 mm ball by pressing it in to the ball end by using a pliers.
Make the distance between the red lines 7.5 mm
picsstep10-004.jpg (39188 bytes) Perform the same step for the left hand side taking care of the marking on the left/right thread turnbuckle.
Watch the red mark and the direction of the green lines that comply with the angle of the thread.
picsstep10-007.jpg (39021 bytes) Both upper front suspension arms ready.
Nice the car comes with left/right thread turnbuckles as this is the current standard.
