Step 11
![]() |
Take the 3 x 42.7 mm lower hinge pin and fit
a 2.5 mm E-clip in the groove. To prevent E-clips to get loose there is a option kit where the hinge pins are bolt/nut construction. |

Take the right hand side upper front
suspension arm and place it in-between the upper front hinge pin holders. Slide the upper hinge pin fully through the center hole. In case of the A + A upper and lower rear hinge pin holders this will be no problem. In case you use the B + B upper and lower rear hinge pin holders this sliding through will not work due to the angle and force on the hinge pin.. |

In case B + B upper and lower rear hinge pin
holders are used remove the red marked screws and the green marked upper
hinge pin holder fully. Slide the upper inner hinge pins through the center holes of the shock stay and slide both front upper suspension arms over the upper inner hinge pins. Align the corresponding holes and then replace the with B coded upper hinge pin holder by slightly bending it downwards and secure the red marked screws with a 2.5 mm hexagon tool. Place a 2..5 mm E-clip at the end of the upper inner hinge pin(s). |

Place the end of the right hand side upper
front suspension arm in the H of the front C-hub carrier. And slide a 3 x 25 mm round head hexagon screw through it and secure the other side with a 3 mm lock nut using a 2 mm hexagon tool and a 5.5 mm wrench. |

Perform the same steps for the left hand side
if not already done. This is how it should look like. |

We find it out of date
that the PRO version still comes with any kind of E-clips where an option kit is
available to exchange all E-clipped hinge pins. But according to Hong Nor this has all to do with pricing of the kit. |
