Step 14
Open bag labeled with number 3.
All the parts from bag 3.
The servo saver comes pre assembled and pre
set.
With our kit the ball bearings would not
slide on the servo saver poles due to a tolerance problem.
We were notified by Hong Nor that they found this problem and have changed
current production with better tolerance.
We received a pair of new servo saver poles on which the ball bearing
easily slide on.
Check the bearings in advance.
Fit a 6 x 10 mm ball bearing in the bottom of
the servo saver.
Fit a 6 x 10 mm ball bearing in the top of
the servo saver.
Take the left steering arm from the plastic tree.
Fit a 6 x 10 mm ball bearing in the top of
the left steering arm.
Fit a 6 x 10 mm ball bearing in the bottom of
the left steering arm.
Press in the steering bar a 4 x 8 mm flanged
bearing using a pliers.
Note the red marked angled edge and the way that the flange is mounted at
the opposite side of the steering bar.

Watch the red marked spot shows the upper
side of the left steering arm
Take the steering bolt.
Now fit the steering bar to the servo
saver and left steering arm using the steering bolts using a 7 mm wrench.
Nice the car
comes with ball bearings in the steering system and factory
assembled servo saver.
