This is the building process of a Hong Nor X1-CR with all pro's and con's found.

Step 20

 picsstep20-001.jpg (48847 bytes) The grey hard coated T6-7075 milled aluminum rear shock stay.
 picsstep20-002.jpg (49900 bytes)  Place the shock stay as shown in the picture and secure it with 3 x 10 mm round head hexagon screws at the red marked spots using a 2 mm hexagon tool.
picsstep20-003.jpg (48229 bytes) Fit in the center top hole a 3 x 25 mm hexagon screw and turn a shock ball on the screw by hand force.
Align the hexagon of the shock ball with the the milled out hexagon of the shock stay and secure the 3 x 25 mm hexagon screw using a 2.5 mm hexagon tool.
Do not use thread lock!
picsstep20-004.jpg (42999 bytes) Place the rear body post against the rear shock stay.
picsstep20-005.jpg (53747 bytes) Secure the body post with a 3 x 10 mm round head hexagon screw using a 2 mm hexagon tool.
