This is the building process of a Hong Nor X1-CR with all pro's and con's found.

Step 7

 picsstep7-001.jpg (44528 bytes) The grey hard coated T6-7075 milled aluminum front shock stay.
 picsstep7-002.jpg (43753 bytes) Fit in the center top hole a 3 x 25 mm hexagon screw and turn a shock ball on the screw by hand force.
Align the hexagon of the shock ball with the the milled out hexagon of the shock stay and secure the 3 x 25 mm hexagon screw using a 2.5 mm hexagon tool.
Do not use thread lock!
 picsstep7-003.jpg (46924 bytes) Fit the front shock stay to the front gear box.
Use 4x 10 mm round head hexagon screws using a 2.5 mm hexagon tool at the red marked spots.
At the green marked spots use 3 x 10 mm round head hexagon screws using a 2 mm hexagon tool.
