Step car set up
Remove all rims from the car.
Put the car on two rims.
Make sure the surface is flat.
Turn the droop screw (ride height screw) out wards using a 2 mm hexagon
tool so the lower suspension arm is stopped by the maximum travel of the
shock absorber.
Measure with a ruler the top of the wheel adapter.
Perform the same for the other wheel adapters.
Now turn the droop screw inwards so making sure the shock absorber is not
working at its maximum travel but 1 mm less.
This is your maximum ride height.
Perform the same steps for the left/right and front/rear for the car and
make sure they are even set at both sides.
Remember that when .shock absorber settings are changed the maximum travel
of the shock absorber must be rechecked.
This way you prevent unnecessary load on the shock absorber and have an
evenly balance car.
If you like to reduce the ride height turn the droop screws inwards and
make both side even.
Camber
Put the car on the wheels and make the lower
suspension arms to a horizontal level.
Measure the camber of the wheels with a camber gauge and set it front to
1.5 and rear 2.0 degrees.
Toe out
Set the toe out of the car in the front at 1
degree.
