The braking is done by glass-fiber disks and steel calipers.
One side of each caliper has elongated hole. This side of the caliper should always be mounted so it points to the ride hand side of the car seen from the rear.
The 3 mm carbon fiber center top plate comes as standard.
You can do the cyano acrylic glue trick here too.

Make sure you put the ball bearing at the correct side of the center top plate and secure it with a little drop of cyano acrylic glue to prevent it from rotating in the carbon after a while.
To prevent the brake disk from wobbling there is brake disk guide standard.
The center differential holder is a two piece version.
The complete center part ready.
The fuel splash guard is mounted on the center part.

As this is taken over from the X1 serie cars we would have liked it to be the same as the X2 CRT tank where the splash guard is build in the tank.
This makes maintenance on the center differential part easier.

Take the rear part of the right hand side away with a sharp hobby knife and use the hole in front of it.
Both side guards mounted.
The kit comes with a stinger protector for the muffler.
We advise you to mount this part when the whole engine combo with muffler is ready to be placed.
The front chassis brace is fixed with two 3 mm screws and lock nuts.
Use blue thread lock on the 4 mm screws that secure the lower part of the servo saver poles.
As said before the large 4 mm screws on the servo saver posts now can be fitted with some blue thread lock and secured.
The rear chassis brace is fixed with two 3 mm screws and lock nuts.
The rear unit placed.
Front and rear units fixed to the chassis.

Does it already looks like a car?
