Step 37

mp75-step37-001.jpg (82882 bytes) Fit at the white marked spot temporarily two silver 3x10 mm round head self tapping screws.
Take of the steering and throttle servo arm from the servo's. Switch on the transmitter and put all trims in neutral position.
Set all steering and throttle servo endpoints settings to its minimum position first!
Now switch on the receiver. Put the steering and throttle servo arm on the servo's. Slide the yellow marked collar away from the carburator and secure the set screw. Now check if the green marked spring closes the carburator onto its idle speed stop. If it not closes repeat the step a little more pressure on the spring. Now make a 1 mm gap at the red marked spot and secure the white marked collar.
mp75-step37-002.jpg (70514 bytes) Open slowly the throttle. If the servo moves to the brake position change the servo rotation in the transmitter. Check if the carburator opens fully. If it does not enlarge the endpoint setting on the transmitter till it does without straining the servo.
mp75-step37-003.jpg (82668 bytes) Now apply the brakes and check for the braking. If it does not enlarge the endpoint setting on the transmitter till it does without straining the servo. You can also adjust the brake levers so the brake are working properly. Secure the set screws of the brake collars.
Fit the servo arm screw.

Picture will follow

Perform the same steps for the steering servo.
Steer full LEFT and enlarge the LEFT steering endpoint so you have full steer LEFT without straining the servo.
Steer full RIGHT and enlarge the RIGHT steering endpoint so you have full steer RIGHT without straining the servo.
Fit the servo arm screw.
Always switch OFF the receiver first, then switch OFF the transmitter.
We strongly advise to use a transmitter with individual end point adjustments for steering and throttle servo movements.
